Honda VFR1200F 2013 không chỉ mang trong mình “di sản” của dòng xe VFR của Honda, chiếc xe còn được nâng cấp thêm nhiều tiêu chuẩn cao hơn trong phân khúc của nó. 

 Trái tim của chiếc mô tô thể thao này vẫn là khối động cơ V4 1.236cc, với hai xi-lanh phía sau được đặt gần nhau hơn. Chiếc xe được trang bị hộp số ly hợp kép và chân số đã được sửa đổi, hai chế độ hoạt động D và S mang tới những sự lựa chọn dễ dàng cho người điều khiển, với chế độ lái xe hàng ngày – D mode, và chế độ lái xe đường trường – S mode. 

 Bên cạnh đó, chiếc xe còn có hệ thống điều khiển lực kéo liên tục biến đổi sức mạnh để phù hợp với từng điều kiện hoạt động.
